These terms apply to all users of the domain limitato.shop and their sub-domains (henceforth: the site). The Terms and Conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with LMTT BRANDS AB and visits to the site. LIMITATO reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

LIMITATO does not guarantee that all items included in the LIMITATO web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, LIMITATO will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. LIMITATO cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. LIMITATO may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although LIMITATO strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web shop, LIMITATO will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. SECURITY

LIMITATO use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. LIMITATO web shop uses the Thawte SSL Certificates, which secures communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the Thawte icon at checkout. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

COLOURS

We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.

LIMITATO reserves the right to seek all solutions available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password-protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

FORCE MAJEUR

In case of Force Majeure, LIMITATO obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and LIMITATO can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by LIMITATO.

SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to You. Shopify is located outside the EU but have fulfilled the requirements for the GDPR through the EU-US Privacy Shield. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store Your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

PAYMENT

If You choose a direct payment gateway to complete Your purchase, then Shopify stores Your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete Your purchase transaction. After that is complete, Your purchase transaction information is deleted.
